The “Business” Saga of a Leader

So, leadership is action, not mere position. The essence is that a leader assumes responsibility and believes in holding that responsibility collectively. But hold on.... He says, "I was beaten", he does not say "My men were beaten”.(He cannot let this happen, folks!) Success to be shared with everyone lest you should be a limelight snatcher and pains to be vested with you alone or you are an ace of blame-game, a more worthy bad workman complaining his tools -- yes, welcome to the real life of a leader.
